Our hotel is based on the guidance from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the entire building is non-smoking to prevent from passing smoking.
Please use the smoking areas located on emergency stairs in 2nd & 3rd floor for smoking.
Is internet access available?
You can use free LAN in guest rooms and lobby, if you bring PC.
We did not offer any PC. So please bring PC or LAN Card by yourself.
You can use LAN for free. If the connection is not good in the guest room, please use in the lobby.
Where is the parking lot? Is it free?
The parking lot is beside the hotel and you can use it for free. The parking lot is in the back (slope side) of the passage between “Berghaus” and “Erika Sanso”.
There is signboard at the entrance.
Please be careful of bumps.
Please park the car closely in the back of the parking lot.
What time do you open in the morning?
The front desk is open from 7 a.m.
Please wait in the parking lot if arrived before the open.
Can you hold my luggage?
There are lockers (500JPY) in the ski-room at first basement floor but supplies are limited.
We think it is safer to put your luggage in your car and lock it.
Can I change clothes before check-in?
Dressing room in the bathhouse is available.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask at the front desk.
Can I check-in early?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. but you can check-in early if we have vacant room.
Please ask the front desk about the vacancy of the day.
Extra charges for early check-in are as follows.
From 7:00 a.m.: 5000JPY (tax not included) per room
From 9:00 a.m.: 3000JPY (tax not included) per room
Is there any coupons of the gondola and ropeway?
We sell the advance ticket by reservation. (Tax included)

・Child 2,050JPY →1,820JPY

Can I enter the hotel directly from the parking lot?
The entrance is at the street side, but you can enter to the ski-room at the basement and there is no shoe box.
Please put the shoes in the shoe box next to the entrance of the first floor.
The shoe box is divided into rooms to prevent the mistake of shoes. Please check the number when you check in.
If you leave the shoes in the ski storage, there is a possibility to lose.
Please note that we do not take responsibility or liability. Please put your shoes in the shoe box.
What kind of hotel amenities are available?

Bath towels, hand towels, tooth brushes, hand soaps for the number of people, a razor and a hair brush per room, yukata for adult (one size fits all).

Are there any ATMs near the hotel?
There is a convenience store along Route 148 is nearest ATM. It’s take about 10 minutes from the hotel by car.

You can send the luggage to the hotel. Please be assured that the baggage you send is stored in our hotel safely.
Please be sure to fill in the slip by the name of the person who reserved the hotel.
In addition, please bring the slip because we can track your luggage.
