Alpico Traffic Bus（To Tsugaike Kogen）
This is a direct bus from Nagano Station to Tsugaike Kogen.
It is recommended for those arriving at Nagano Station via the Hokuriku Shinkansen.
Please also use this bus to get to "Tsugaike Kogen" (the nearest stop to Hakuba Berghaus) after arriving at Hakuba Station via the NAGANO SNOW SHUTTLE.

It runs between JR Minami-Otari Station and Tsugaike Mountain Resort.
Limited Express "AZUSA"
The Limited Express "AZUSA" is the ONLY Direct Train connecting Tokyo (Shinjuku) and Hakuba.
It runs only once a day. All seats are reserved.
(At other times, you must take the Azusa to "Matsumoto Station" and transfer to the local JR Oito Line.)

From JR Matsumoto Station, take the Oito Line to Hakuba.
From Hakuba Station, please use a bus or taxi.

From North
Get off the Hokuriku Expressway at the Itoigawa Interchange and drive the Route 148 to the south. Turn right at the in front of JR Hakuba Oike Station to Tsugaike Kogen. About 40 km from Itoigawa Interchange.

From South
Go straight after getting off the Nagano Expressway at Azumino Intercange (ex-Toyoshina Interchange). Follow the signs of “Hakuba-Omachi” towards the north.

From East
Get off the Joshinetsu Expressway at Nagano Interchange and to “Hakuba – Nagano Olympic Road”.
After turn right the Route 148, turn left at the traffic light “Iwatake“ and to Tsugaike Kogen.
