   If the names are different, we may not be able to receive your luggage.
2. We can only accept luggage from 3 days before your check-in date.
   Items arriving earlier than this may be refused.
3. We are not responsible for damage, stains, loss, or delivery delays.
   Please ship at your own risk.
4. Delivery requires at least 3 days.
   Please ship early to ensure arrival before your stay.
